Introduction:

Our crew at George was assigned to provide building supplies for Bangkok, Thailand’s Srinakarin Hotel project. Built in a Mediterranean style, the hotel has 92 rooms, a lobby, banquet hall, restaurant, and conference space all arranged over a seven-story structure on Srinakarin Road.

Project Collaboration:

The little parcel of ground on which the hotel was built presented a difficulty for this project. Divided between two towers joined by a central lobby, the hotel maximized space and utility. The guest rooms are found in the front building; the back structure has rooftop meeting and banquet areas.

To cover the hotel’s front, our crew supplied hardwood patterns, black and gray aluminum composite panels, and stainless steel perforated panels. These elements arranged randomly produced a distinctive and striking façade that brilliantly reflects light. The simplicity and elegance of the hotel are enhanced by the absence of a methodical sequence in the patterns, colors, and tones.
